Refund and Cancellation Policy

A request for a refund must be made no later than 24 hours after the start date of class. Refunds will be returned within 7-10* business days of receipt, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. All cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Students who do not show up for their registered class will forfeit any refund.

Watson School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel classes. If your payment method was a combination of a credit card, check, and cash, your refund will be issued to you in the form of a check within 7 – 10 business days from the cancellation date for the total amount paid for the course. However, students that wish to transfer their registration will have a class credit with the Watson School of Real Estate for one year from the date payment was made. For any courses that includes course materials (textbook, cd’s etc.), all materials must be returned in brand- new and saleable condition (no writing, highlighting, or any other damage). Materials that are not returned in brand new condition will have the cost of the materials deducted from any refund.

Upon successfully passing the class exam, class certificates will be provided to the student in the form of an email within 5 business days. Student’s should schedule their state exam after this 5 day processing period to ensure that the state and the testing center have received the necessary documents to indicate the student is eligible to take the state exam.
